A family-run gin company which supplies its gins and liqueurs to delis, farm shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as food fayres and markets, throughout the UK and further afield.
Our Solution
The PURELAB® Chorus 2+ (RO/EDI/UV) proved to be the ideal solution for the company, providing up to 120 litres a day of bacterially clean, food grade water using only a small footprint.
The result
After conducting research online, the gin company contacted VWT UK in August 2018. Once VWT UK had recommended the PURELAB® Chorus 2+, the system was commissioned by a VWT UK engineer and was operating in the distillery less than two months later.
