SDI/Aquaclean Aqueous Water Cleaning Cylinders.

Environmentally friendly, exchangeable and cost effective, SDI (Service Deionisation Water) cylinders are ideal for providing treated water without the need for specialist equipment or chemicals. SDI cylinders create water "on-demand" from your source water to supply a high quality, consistent grade of deionised water when you need it. They require minimal space and produce no waste water or 'effluent' and can be easily upgraded to meet higher demands in quality or water flow and are also a sustainable solution as cylinders are reprocessed and 98% of the ion exchange resin is recycled and any spent resins are incinerated to produce electricity.

Aquaclean™ is a cost-effective aqueous water cleaning system that features a range of mixed bed and carbon exchangeable and SDI water cylinders. These are capable of operating at temperatures up to 70°C and produce from 0.14 to 2.85m³/hr of high-purity water.

What is Aqueous Water Cleaning?

The Aquaclean Aqueous Water Cleaning system produces 0.14 to 2,85 cubic-metres/hour of high purity water. Aqueous cleaning uses water are the primary cleaning agent. While solvents are very effective in removing oil, grease, coolants and dirt they add complexity to the cleaning process. Using water as the primary cleaning agent is basically the same as is used in dishwashers and washing machines. Aquaclean aqueous water cleaning systems use advanced techniques to ensure consistency in the desired cleaning results. Applications include microelectronic circuit board defluxing and cleaning, high quality metal component rinsing and more.
